Placing a bid on an item is the Bidder's acceptance of the condition of the item based on their inspection of the item whether inspection was done in person or online.The failure of Bidder to inspect the items does not constitute grounds for dispute.Please ask all questions prior to bidding. " SYSTEM FAILURE: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding, or continue the bidding.
